ICL Workshop

The ICL Workshop is an educational program created by a team of expert vision correction surgeons to help ophthalmologists master EVO ICL surgery through practical, experience-based training.
The course shares the clinical pearls, surgical techniques, and real-world workflows that have contributed to outstanding patient outcomes and a high-volume ICL practice.
The course is led by Matt Hirabayashi, MD, Gurpal Virdi, MD, Taj Nasser, MD, and Greg Parkhurst, MD who were all trained at NuVision, which is the most experienced and most published EVO ICL team in the United States. Drawing on thousands of implantations, peer-reviewed research, and years of teaching surgeons worldwide, the faculty provide evidence-based guidance on patient selection, surgical technique, complication management, and practice integration.
Whether you are beginning your EVO ICL journey or refining an established refractive practice, The ICL Workshop is designed to help you improve surgical confidence, optimize visual outcomes, and build a successful, sustainable ICL program.
